ALL ABOUT THERAPY
Whether you are seeking individual support or relationship counseling, therapy is meant to help you and your loved ones overcome challenges, explore relationships, find understanding, heal emotional wounds and create a healthy foundation for moving forward.

Working on yourself and your relationships through therapy takes courage, dedication and willingness. It can be difficult but nothing is more exhausting and painful than staying miserable.

When you attend sessions you will find a safe environment to explore your past, present and future. You will uncover the things that may be driving unhealthy behaviors and hindering a life you want to live. It’s not always pleasant to resolve painful parts of ourselves though it is what creates strength, growth and ultimately change.
Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, my clients develop life-changing shifts in self-talk, change in overall life habits and new adaptive ways to cope with any of life’s various obstacles.

Psychotherapy is about creating hope and peace from within.
EXPERIENCE HEALING
Are you struggling with issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, or major life changes? Are relationships seeming to be hanging by a thread or simply not satisfying? Are you feeling hopeless with work life, home life, marriage? Are you tired of being discontented, isolated, trapped by your thoughts or fearful of what you are experiencing?
Are you suffering?
It's time to reach out for support. You don't have to go through this stress alone AND it doesn't have to last forever.

Perhaps you are burnt out in your profession, unsure how to set limits for yourself and manage expectations. Maybe you are unsure of your future, stuck in old habits and doubting yourself. If you can't seem to understand what comes next, how to solve issues with your family, maintain healthy relationships with loved ones or simply have compassion for yourself- maybe it's time for a change.

There comes a time when help is needed to find balance and well-being.

We often think we are able to move through our pain alone and the truth is, people need people. Yes, this is easier said than done because often we are living with hurt caused by others leading us to simply not trust anyone, let alone ourselves.

I'm here to remind you that you DO deserve support and to find peace through your trials and tribulations.

I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the Fresno area, and I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing.
