COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT)
Exploring feeling, thoughts and behaviors.
CBT is useful in reframing and shifting negative core beliefs and foundational world views that clients may hold about themselves and others thus allowing for new ways to form healthy relationships and environments. Often we are conditioned to think certain thoughts about ourselves and the world that deter us from a healthy life. It is important to acknowledge these things and look for new ways to manage our behaviors through the impact of our thoughts.
